Additional Services

Thermal Imaging Camera
We use a thermal imaging camera during every home inspection when necessary. With this tool, we are able to record temperature differentials within a home’s walls that could not be detected otherwise. With this information, we may be able to determine if moisture damage is present in the home.

Re-Inspection
Our Re-Inspections serve as a follow-up to a General Home Inspection. It can be helpful to both homebuyers and sellers to have an inspector verify the completeness and quality of repairs or upgrades after they have been made. During this inspection, we ensure that the buyer’s project list has been finished as requested.

Pre-Listing Inspection
Buyers are not the only people who can benefit from a home inspection. Our Pre-Listing Inspection is a great tool for home sellers, and can often make the selling process less stressful. During the inspection, we can recommend repairs and upgrades that should be done on the home before potential buyers see it.

Partial Inspection
There are some situations in which only one specific area of the home needs to be inspected. Partial Inspections can be scheduled to fit your specific needs and cover one or more of the areas listed underneath our General Home Inspection.

11th Month Inspection
Many new homes get placed under a 12-month warranty when construction is completed. This warranty covers any builder’s defects, ensuring that the new homeowner does not have to pay for them within the home’s first year. During an 11th Month Inspection, we let the homeowner know what repairs can be made under warranty.
